Delivery Time

3. Australia and Japan Shipping Policy
Standard shipping : 8 - 13 business days shipping time. Cost : $5.99 per order ;
Expedited Shipping : 5 - 10 days to arrive. Cost : the same as the Canada (Please see the table above)

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, returned parcel, or reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at service@genkicosplay.com.
We can usually assist with an address change before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address. In this case, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
